SC Asks Al- Hind Party to Approach Delhi High Court in Freedom Fighters' Pension Scheme Scam - (25 Aug 2015)

Supreme Court has asked Al- Hind Party - a political group that file PIL seeking a direction to Centre to publish a comprehensive list of Indian martyrs from 1857 to 1947 to prevent the abuse - to approach Delhi High Court.
