SC Dismisses PIL Seeking Direction on State of Tamil Nadu to Implement NEP - (09 May 2025)

EDUCATION

Supreme Court has dismissed a Public Interest Litigation that sought direction upon the State of Tamil Nadu to implement the National Education Policy and held that it cannot directly compel a State to adopt a policy.
