CRIMINAL

Gau. HC while allowing bail application of an accused has observed that unless investigating/arresting authority are made liable for their lapses in complying with mandatory requirements relating to arrest, constitutional safeguards guaranteed to an arrestee shall continue being tinkered & violated.
