P&H HC: Judgment from Other HCs May be Persuasive but Don’t Operate as Binding - (07 May 2025)

P&H HC has observed that while a pronouncement from a High court, particularly one rendered after detailed analysis and reasoned exposition, may command high persuasive authority, it does not operate as a precedent in the binding sense for other High Courts.
