NCLAT Dismisses Appeal by a Contractor against DLF - (06 May 2025)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT New Delhi bench has dismissed an appeal filed by a contractor against DLF u/s 61 of IBC, 2016 claiming a debt and stated that multiple exchanges between corporate debtor and operational creditor prior to the issuance of the demand notice demonstrate the existence of a pre-existing dispute.
