P&H HC: Can’t Grant Bail on Ground of Long Custody When Recovery is Heavy - (06 May 2025)

Punjab & Haryana High Court while refusing to grant bail to an accused, has observed that bail cannot be granted to an accused on the ground of long custody when alleged recovery of drugs is "heavy".
