Delhi HC Explains Doctrine of Constructive Res Judicata - (06 May 2025)

Del. HC has observed that in case the doctrine of Constructive Res Judicata is not applied to writ proceedings, it may lead to situation where a party will be entitled to take one proceeding after another and urge new grounds every time which will be inconsistent with consideration of public policy.
