ARBITRATION

SC while criticizing the newly proposed Arbitration and Conciliation Bill, 2024 for not recognizing power of arbitral tribunals to implead or join non-signatory parties has urged Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law & Justice to take a serious look at arbitration regime prevailing in India.
