Govt. Eases Salary Reporting Norms - (05 Jul 2016)

Govt. has notified Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Amendment Rules, 2016 and simplified salary reporting requirements of companies, making them less rigorous and also dropping many clauses that required salaries to be benchmarked to performance.
