SC: Plea in Supreme Court against Blocking of YouTube News Channel '4PM' - (02 May 2025)

MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION

A plea has been filed in the Supreme Court against the blocking of YouTube news channel '4PM'. The Editor-in-Chief of the channel has sought urgent restoration of access to his platform and challenged the vires of IT Blocking Rules, 2009.
