Delhi High Court: Courts Must be Conscious of the Rights of an Accused - (02 May 2025)

Delhi High Court while granting bail to a man in a cheating case, has observed that courts must be conscious of the rights of an accused to a speedy trial and must prevent such rights from being defeated.
