SC: If Mandate for Doctors to Prescribe Generic Medicines Exists it Would Resolve Bribing Issues - (02 May 2025)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Supreme Court has observed that if there is a statutory mandate for doctors to prescribe generic medicines that will assist n resolving the issue of pharmaceutical companies allegedly bribing doctors to prescribe excessive or irrational drugs.
