SC Rejects Resolution Plan Submitted by JSW Steel for Bhushan Steel and Power Ltd - (02 May 2025)

INSOLVENCY

Supreme Court has rejected the resolution plan submitted by JSW Steel for Bhushan Steel and Power Ltd after holding that the resolution was illegal and contrary to the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
