3 Judge Bench Places before CJI Suo Motu Case over Lokpal Jurisdiction - (01 May 2025)

Supreme Court’s three judge bench has placed before CJI Sanjiv Khanna the suo motu case initiated against a decision of Lokpal to entertain a complaint against a High Court Judge.
