SC: To Determine Functional Disability Courts Can Deviate from Employees' Compensation Act - (01 May 2025)

SERVICE

Supreme Court has observed that in order to determine compensation for functional disability, Court has the power to deviate from the schedule given under the Employees' Compensation Act, 1923.
