SC: Calling Person Impotent Doesn’t Amount to Abetment to Suicide - (01 May 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court while quashing an abetment to suicide case against a man’s in-laws, has held that calling a person impotent does not constitute an offence under Section 306 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
