SC: CBI to Conduct Preliminary Enquiries in ‘Builder-Banks’ Nexus - (30 Apr 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has directed the Central Bureau of Investigation to conduct preliminary enquiries into the National Capital Region’s nexus of builders and banks. The first preliminary enquiry shall pertain to the projects of M/s Supertech Ltd.
