Madras High Court Rejects Patta Plea for 3.37 Acres Land Near Mattuthavani - (25 Aug 2015)

Madras High Court has rejected a writ petition filed by two individuals seeking patta for 3.37 acres of land opposite Mattuthavani bus stand, as land had been classified as ‘Pudhu Kanmoi,’ a waterbody in official records.
