SC: To Trigger Insolvency Process, Its Valid to Serve Demand Notice on CD's Key Managerial Personnel - (30 Apr 2025)

INSOLVENCY

Supreme Court while upholding the delivery of a demand notice to the corporate debtor's Key Managerial Personnel under Section 8 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC), has stated that delivering notice to KMP is a compliance of requirement of Section 8 of IBC.
