Raj HC: For Abetment to Suicide Direct Link between Action of Accused & Victim’s Decision Must Exist - (29 Apr 2025)

CRIMINAL

Rajasthan High Court while overturning Trial Court’s order charging accused with abetment to suicide has observed that the legal framework requires a direct and demonstrable link between the actions or omissions of the accused and the victim's decision to commit suicide.
