Delhi HC Sets Aside Detention of Person’s Gold Kada by Department - (28 Apr 2025)

Delhi High Court while setting aside detention of sikh person’s gold kada by customs department, has observed that it is one Kada which is usually worn by persons like the Petitioner who are Sikhs, leaves no doubt in the mind of the Court that the same was a personal effect of the Petitioner.
