SC: There Must be Minimal Judicial Interference in Tender Matters - (28 Apr 2025)

COMMERCIAL

SC has held that Govt. is the protector of financial resources of state and has every right to cancel & call for fresh tender if it is in nature of protecting the financial interests of State. Judicial Interference in tender matters must be minimal & should only be permitted in cases of mala fide.
