SC: Allahabad High Court to Prioritize Disposal of Matters where Trial is Stayed - (28 Apr 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has observed that where the Allahabad High Court has stayed the trial in cases, particularly, pending between landlord and tenant, those cases must be heard expeditiously inasmuch as the stay of the trial lead to delay in the conclusion of the trial.
