Bombay HC Directs State Govt. to Upload State's Prison & Police Manual on Internet - (25 Apr 2025)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has directed the Maharashtra Government to upload State's Prison Manual and Police Manual online in order to help prisoners and their families learn more about their rights, while in jail.
