SC: As Per Section 362 of CrPC Only Clerical Errors Can be Corrected - (25 Apr 2025)

Supreme Court while disapproving with Allahabad High Court invoking Section 362 of CrPC to modify High Court's judgment, has underscored that under Section 362 only clerical errors in the judgment can be corrected.
