SC Asks Centre to Consider Provision Requiring Unopposed Candidates to Secure Min. Percent of Votes - (25 Apr 2025)

ELECTION

Supreme Court has asked the Central Government to consider bringing in a provision requiring unopposed candidates to secure a minimum percentage of votes before declaring them winner.
