Chhattisgarh High Court: Must Invoke Section 348 of BNSS with Great Caution - (24 Apr 2025)

Chhattisgarh High Court has observed that Section 348 of BNSS granting the Courts power to summon any person or examine them, or recall and re-examine already examined person must be exercised with great caution.
