SC Dismisses Plea Seeking Similar Powers to High Courts and Supreme Court under Article 142 - (24 Apr 2025)

CONSTITUTION

Supreme Court has dismissed a petition that sought grant of similar powers to High Court and Supreme Court under Article 142 of the Constitution of India to pass any order necessary to do complete justice.
