SC: Can’t Continue Disciplinary Proceeding Beyond Time Limit in Absence of Extension - (24 Apr 2025)

SERVICE

Supreme Court has held that when a Tribunal or Court fixes time to conclude disciplinary proceedings continuing such proceedings beyond that time can be illegal if no bona fide attempt is shown to have been made to seek an extension of time.
