SC: Market Value of Acquired Land Must be Determined From the Date of Issuance of S. 11 Notification - (23 Apr 2025)

LAND ACQUISITION

Supreme Court has held that the market value of the acquired land under Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 must be considered from the date on notification issued under Section 11 of the Act.
