SC Stays Delhi HC’s Direction to Azure Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. to pay PPL as Per Tariff of RMPL - (22 Apr 2025)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Supreme Court has stayed the direction passed by Delhi High Court asking Azure Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. to pay Phonographic Performance Ltd. (PPL) as per the tariff of Recorded Music Performance Ltd. (RMPL) for playing songs from catalogue of PPL.
