Allahabad HC: Liking a Post Does Not Amount to Publishing or Transmitting it - (22 Apr 2025)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court has observed that liking a post will not amount to publishing or transmitting the post, therefore such an act will not attract Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
