Bombay HC to BMC: Compensate Man Who Lost His Fingers Due to Hospital’s Negligence - (25 Aug 2015)

Bombay High Court has asked Bombay Municipal Corporation (BMC) to give compensation on its own to a man who lost his fingers of right hand due to negligence on part of hospital authorities when he was admitted to Rajawadi Hospital.
