Delhi HC: Delayed Procedures for Settling Claims doesn’t Tantamount to Criminal Offence - (21 Apr 2025)

Delhi High Court has observed that insurance company’s delayed procedures for settling claims may be a ground for seeking compensation for mental harassment, but does not tantamount to any criminal offence.
