Bombay HC: Can’t Refuse Referral of Dispute to Arbitration on Basis of Allegations of Fraud Simplicit - (21 Apr 2025)

ARBITRATION

Bombay High Court has held that merely on the basis of allegations of fraud simpliciter, dispute cannot be refused referral to arbitration under Section 8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
