SC: Dealing with Substance Listed Under NDPS Act is Offence Even Though Nothing Mentioned in Rules - (21 Apr 2025)

Supreme Court has observed that activities which involve a psychotropic substance listed in the Schedule of the NDPS Act, 1985 constitute an offence even though it is not mentioned under Schedule I of the NDPS Rules, 1985.
