SC Delivers Split Verdict on Disciplinary Action to be Taken Against an Advocate-On-Record - (18 Apr 2025)

Supreme Court has delivered a split verdict on disciplinary action to be taken against an Advocate-on-Record and his assisting Advocate who filed a petition that involved suppression of facts.
