Centre to SC: Certain Provisions of Waqf (Amendment) Act, 2025 Not to be Acted Upon for Time Being - (18 Apr 2025)

TRUSTS AND SOCIETIES

Central Government in response to the petitions challenging the Waqf (Amendment) Act, 2025 has informed the Supreme Court that certain key provisions shall not be acted upon for the time being.
