Delhi HC Directs Removal of 'Captain Blue' Mark in Plea by Manufacturer of ‘Captain Morgan’ - (18 Apr 2025)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court, in a plea filed by alcoholic beverages manufacturer Diageo Scotland Limited which produces 'Captain Morgan', has directed the removal 'Captain Blue' mark from the Trade Marks Registry.
