NCLAT: For Filing Appeal, Limitation Period Begins from Pronouncement Date if Substa. Order Passed - (14 Apr 2025)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that if substantive order is passed on the date of pronouncement then limitation period for filing appeal shall begin from date of pronouncement.
