NCLAT: Acknowledgment of Debt in Writing Extends Limitation Period for Initiating CIRP - (14 Apr 2025)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that written acknowledgment of debt extends the period of limitation for initiating the CIRP under Section 9 of the IBC, 2016.
