Chhattisgarh HC: Infirmity in Cheque Return Memo Won’t Render Entire Trial u/s 138 of NI Act a Nullit - (11 Apr 2025)

Chhattisgarh High Court has held that entire trial under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act for cheque dishonor will not be rendered null even if there is an infirmity in the cheque return memo.
