J&K HC: Fact that Civil Remedy is Available for Breach of Contract No Ground to Quash Cr. Proceeding - (11 Apr 2025)

CRIMINAL

Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has stated that the mere fact that complaint relates to a commercial transaction or breach of contract, for which a civil remedy is available, is not by itself a ground to quash the criminal proceedings.
