SC: If ED Claims that it has Fundamental Rights, it Should Worry about Rights of Others too - (10 Apr 2025)

Supreme Court while questioning Directorate of Enforcement (ED) for filing petition for transfer of corruption case, has stated that If ED claims that it has Fundamental Rights, it should worry about Fundamental Rights of others too.
