SC: If Prosecution Fails to Disprove Accused’s Plea of Alibi then Conviction Won’t be Justified - (10 Apr 2025)

Supreme Court while setting aside a husband’s conviction for murdering his wife has observed that conviction is not justified if the husband raised the plea of alibi and the prosecution failed to disprove it.
