Homebuyers Seek Review of Judgment Classifying Greater Noida Industrial Authority as Secured Cred. - (09 Apr 2025)

INSOLVENCY

Homebuyers' association has filed a plea in the Supreme Court seeking review of its judgment classifying Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority as a 'secured creditor' for purposes of CIRP under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
