NCLAT: Court Must Adopt Lenient Approach While Condoning Delay in Refiling - (09 Apr 2025)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that the court must adopt a lenient approach while condoning the delay in refiling an appeal. However, sufficient cause must still be shown before such application can be allowed.
