Centre Notifies Effective Date of Waqf (Amendment) Act 2025 - (09 Apr 2025)

CONSTITUTION

Central Government has notified that 8th April, 2025 shall be the date from which provisions of the Waqf (Amendment) Act, 2025 shall come into force.
