Bombay HC Orders Insurance Company To Pay Rs 38 lakh With 9% Interest to Family of Deceased Engineer - (25 Aug 2015)

Bombay High Court has ordered insurance company to pay around Rs 38 lakh, along with 9% interest to wife, son and widowed mother of deceased victim, a 51-year-old IIT engineer from Andheri who died in a road accident.
