Delhi HC: Can’t Appreciate Delhi Govt.’s Callousness in Filling up DCPCR Vacancies - (08 Apr 2025)

Delhi HC has held that it cannot appreciate the callousness on the part of the Delhi Government in filling up vacancies in the DCPCR. The Court stated that on account of vacancies such functions are not being performed as a result of which it is the rights of children which take a back seat.
